WHY
BOXING?

Recognized as the world’s oldest combat sport, “the sweet science” of boxing has an established training program with deep cultural roots, larger-than-life heroes, and powerful physiological benefits. There are boxing gyms in most cities around the world and many fitness facilities have boxing equipment. You could hang a heavy bag in your house right now and train in boxing every day of your life without ever stepping into a ring or hearing the ding of a bell. And you don’t have to be a competitive boxer to benefit from the discipline, endurance, mental resilience, and movement skills that come with being good at it. That’s the long answer.

The short answer is that it feels really good to punch the shit out of things.
