Superpowered Legs for Basketball is an online interactive 4-week periodization program consisting of 3 training days a week (12 days total + weekly recovery day).
Each of the three training days features a Lift of the Day that is combined with a series of “Superset” exercises designed to make you a more explosive, physically dominating, and injury-resistant athlete in 4 weeks!
