  • The target this week is generating fast, explosive force. The main lift each day will focus on the explosive drive back up.

  • Produce as much force as humanly possible with maximum intention on every rep.

  • Target a lower rep range with heavier weight that ensures maximum intention and contraction speed.

  • 2-3 Sets x 3-5 Reps

  • The goal is explosive power and bar speed. A low rep range prevents fatigue, allowing for maximum force production on each repetition without a drop-off in velocity or intent.
